Activity 1.1: Project management and development of a teamwork model.

Anticipated outcomes:

A collection of documents outlining project management and implementation responsibilities.

Activity 1.2. Study of Bulgarian Experience

Anticipated outcomes:

The scientific framework of the project will be outlined, and a bibliography will be compiled.

Activity 1.3: Study of international experiences and examination of available databases and equipment at CIMA laboratory in Austria.

Anticipated outcomes:

Implementation of international cooperation; exchange of expertise and knowledge in the field of interdisciplinary research.

Activity 1.4. Development of a catalogue and database comprising descriptions of written artifacts from Bulgarian libraries and museums, intended for examination during the project.

Anticipated outcomes:

A catalogue that comprehensively describes the artifacts to be studied by the team.

Activity 1.5. Acquisition of equipment and establishment of a laboratory for examining written artefacts from Bulgarian libraries and museums.

Anticipated outcomes:

Establishment of a laboratory at ULSIT and of a network of partnerships with both the CIMA laboratory (Austria) and the National Library.

WORK PACKAGE 2.

Developing a PR strategy and web-based tools to promote the results.

Activity 1.6: Website Creation and Internet Platform Preparation.

Anticipated outcomes:

Publication of materials from activities 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4.

Activity 1.7. Development of a model for the dissemination of the scientific results of the project and their influence on the attitudes and practices of the public.

Anticipated outcomes:

The establishment of channels of communication via diverse platforms, including information portals, social media websites, chat functionalities, etc.

Activity 1.8. Attendance at conferences, workshops, and other events, as well as the publication of scientific papers in high impact factor journals, were the outcomes of Phase1 of the project.
